What is the delivery time?
The delivery time is 1-3 working days to most cities in Sweden (from the time the carrier has received the package). With some exceptions such as holidays, delivery may take longer. Schenker ensures that your goods arrive safely and securely at the nearest delivery point. For orders outside of Sweden the delivery time is often 3-5 working days.


What is the shipping cost?
We always have free shipping for orders over 499SEK in Sweden. For purchases under 499SEK, we charge a shipping cost of 49SEK. Shipping outside of Sweden always costs 149SEK


Is it posible to trace my order?
Yes it is! You will receive an email with a tracking link when your package has been shipped from us. There you can easily follow your shipment.


What do i do if my order is damaged or faulty?
If you discover a fault with the product and want to complain about it, contact us at workshop@appertiff.com immediately before sending it back. Enter the order and article number so that we can help you quickly. Read more about complaints HERE.


I want to excahnge/return a product, how do i do?
We of course hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase, but in the unlikely event that you regret it, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal within Sweden.

How much does the return shipping cost?
Return shipping costs 65SEK (whitin Sweden) and will be adjusted on the refund. If you live outside of Sweden, an individual assessment is made for each order.


What happens if i don't pick up my order from the delivery point?
The package stays at the delivery point for two weeks before it is sent back to us. For unclaimed packages, we charge 250SEK for handling costs and shipping.


I ordered the wrong size by mistake. Is it possible to change it before my package are sent?
Yes, if you are fast. Contact us via the CONTACT FORM or workshop@appertiff.com. Enter your ordernumber and what article the case applies to and we'll see what we can do.


Is it possible to call your store?
Ofcourse! Our phone support is open Monday-Friday 11-18 and Saturdays 11-15 (+46 70 384 34 98).
