DELIVERIES AND RETURNS

• Delivery
  Price 49SEK for deliveries within Sweden. Delivery within Sweden is 1-3 days to the nearest delivery point or mailbox. With some exceptions such as holidays, delivery may take longer.
  The package stays at the delivery point for two weeks before it is sent back to us. For unclaimed packages, we charge SEK 250 for handling costs and shipping.

  All orders over 499SEK in Sweden we always offer free shipping.
  
  
• Pick up in store
  If you live nearby or just want to swing by instead of waiting. You can pick up your order as soon as you have received the order confirmation. You find us in Bollnäs, Västra Stationsgatan 3D.

  Saturday: 11:00 - 15:00
  Sunday: Closed

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Returns of products are at your own expense, except if the item is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly. All returns/exchanges of clothes and shoes cost SEK 65 (within Sweden). The return cost is adjusted in your order via Klarna, Swish or Paypal. You therefore do not need to pay for your package when returning it to an delivery point. Larger packages, e.g. snowboards, boots, skateboards are assessed individually for return costs. If the package is sent without our return label, there is no insurance for you as a customer in case the package goes missing.

14 DAY OPEN PURCHASE

We comply with the Distance Contracts Act and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or most of it). The item must be returned well packaged, in new condition and in the original packaging.

If you, as a customer, have handled the article to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function and this led to the article being returned being less valuable, we are entitled to deduct an amount corresponding to the article's reduction in value from the amount to be refunded. The reduction in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

REFUND

To be able to use your right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, have all tags/tags left and be in the original packaging. We will then refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item.

IN CASE OF DELIVERY DELAY

If a delivery delay occurs, we will notify you of this via email. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be occasions that make it impossible for us to complete the order, for example if our supplier or freight forwarder cannot fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to exempt ourselves from any compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.

All prices are current and may change in the future. The individual and current total price for your order is summed up at checkout, including any charges for shipping and payment, as well as VAT.
